How Can I Place an Order?
You can place an order through the Contact Page or by direct email at outoftheboxbakerysc@gmail.com
How Can I Pay for My Order?
We will send your invoice through Square (you will receive it in your email). You can pay directly by card OR cash and Venmo are accepted.
How Far In Advance Should I Place My Order?
The sooner, the better! We will always do our very best to accommodate your order, however, the sooner you book, the better the chances are of your event date being available.
Do You Have A Storefront?
No storefront for us, we are a home bakery. I bake all of your delicious treats in my own kitchen!
Do I Have To Pickup My Order or Do You Deliver?
You may pick up yourself or request delivery (for an additional fee). Delivery only available within 30 miles of the Charleston area. Fee dependent on mileage.
Can I Request A Flavor Not Listed on Your Menu?
Of course! We are open to custom orders!
Can I Mix and Match Frosting and Cupcake Flavors?
Yes! (Possibility of additional fee.)
I Have Allergies/Dietary Restrictions. Do You Offer Alternative Recipes?
